Jeff Ott

As part of the analytics team of Data, Analytics, and Research Computing (DARC), Jeff specializes in computer vision techniques to create novel data sources. He has experience with developing machine learning pipelines to aid research proposals. His skills include distributed computing, NLP, ETL pipelines, and deep learning.

Prior to Stanford Graduate School of Business, Ott was a Research Scientist at UCSF Brain Networks Lab working on cognition. Before that, he was an Engineer in West Texas specializing in project management and optimization. He has an MS in Data Science from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M.
