We make your research data accessible through data testing and analysis, data cleaning, and by creating appropriate short and long-term data storage solutions.

The data engineering team works with data vendors and our research partners to ensure that valuable data is handled securely and made available on the right platform for GSB researchers.

• We support transfer, transformation, and query of terabyte-scale datasets using a mix of on-premise and cloud technologies.
• We assign permissions to individual researchers, research groups, and the GSB and Stanford communities as provided by the terms of data use agreements.
• Where needed, we assist researchers in complying with IRB and data provider requirements in order to protect proprietary data and privacy of human subjects.
