Lab Coordinator, Culture Lab

Paniz Radjaee

Paniz Radjaee is a Lab Coordinator for the Culture Lab, where she collaborates with faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and doctoral students to support research on cultural differences in trust and stigma. In 2022, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Cognitive Systems from the University of British Columbia. Throughout her time at UBC, Paniz contributed to several research projects, including investigations into the relationship between a culture’s folklore and its contemporary attitudes toward immigrants, as well as individual differences in meaning in life among secular, spiritual, and religious individuals. Her academic interests focus on the intersection of culture and individual factors, particularly in understanding tolerance for ambiguity and openness to embracing contradictions.
